Effective Date: May 7, 2026
FNC Entertainment ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the FNC Entertainment website at www.fncentertainment.ca (the "Website") and the FNC GO mobile application ("FNC GO" or the "App").
FNC Entertainment is designed to provide collectible release information, updates, promotions, events, retailer links, Support Local retailer discovery, partnership pathways, and related content. We aim to minimize unnecessary data collection and do not require user accounts to use FNC GO.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The FNC Entertainment website
- The FNC GO mobile app
- Related contact, inquiry, submission, retailer access, Support Local, notification, analytics, and content-delivery features operated by FNC Entertainment
It also explains how we handle information connected to outbound links, affiliate links, optional location-based Support Local features, external maps, optional notifications, retailer inquiry forms, and privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostics.
2. Information We May Collect
FNC Entertainment is designed to collect minimal information.
Depending on the features you use, we may collect or process:
- Information you choose to submit through contact or inquiry forms, such as your name, email address, business name, website, social links, location details, and message details
- Retailer inquiry information submitted through retailer access forms, such as business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website or store URL, city or province, store type, current product categories, and additional notes
- Support Local retailer submission details, such as business name, business type, website, social links, location details, store details, and contact email address
- Approximate or precise device location only if you choose to grant location permission in FNC GO for nearby Support Local retailer discovery
- Device push notification token if you enable notifications in FNC GO
- Notification preference settings stored on your device or associated systems
- Basic app or website diagnostics, technical logs, or crash information to help maintain stability and performance
- Privacy-conscious aggregated analytics data, if enabled now or in future updates, such as general usage, screen views, page views, notification opens, and feature interactions
We do not require account creation for FNC GO and do not intentionally collect unnecessary personal-profile information.
3. How We Use Information
Any information collected is used only for limited operational purposes, such as:
- Responding to inquiries, submissions, or contact requests
- Reviewing retailer submissions, partnership inquiries, Support Local submissions, or other business-related outreach
- Routing retailer inquiries to the appropriate partner or recipient when a form is intended for a third-party partner
- Showing nearby Canadian retailers in FNC GO when you choose to use location-based Support Local features
- Opening external map or direction services when you request directions to a retailer
- Delivering optional push notifications you choose to receive
- Improving website and app stability, reliability, and performance
- Understanding general usage trends in an aggregated, privacy-conscious way
- Maintaining and improving features and content delivery
We do not use the Website or App to build personal user profiles or conduct invasive behavioral tracking.
4. Support Local and Location Features
FNC GO includes Support Local features that help users discover Canadian collector shops and retailers. Some Support Local features may ask for access to your device location so the App can calculate nearby retailer results.
Location access is optional. If you deny location permission, you can still use the Support Local directory and browse retailers manually.
When location permission is granted, FNC GO may use your device latitude and longitude, reverse-geocoded city or region, and radius preferences to show nearby retailer matches. This information is used to provide the nearby search experience and is not intended to create a user account, personal profile, or continuous movement history.
FNC GO may open external map or navigation services when you request directions to a retailer. External map services may process information according to their own privacy policies and settings.
5. Website Forms, Inquiries, and Submissions
If you contact us or submit information through website or app forms, including partnership forms, Support Local retailer submissions, or retailer access forms, we may collect the information you choose to provide.
This may include items such as:
- Name or contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business or store name
- Website, store URL, or social media links
- Location details, such as city or province
- Store type, product categories, or business details
- Message content, notes, or submission details
We use this information only to review, respond to, route, and manage the specific inquiry or submission you sent.
6. Kroeger Retailer Inquiry Forms
The Website may include a Kroeger retailer inquiry form for Canadian retailers interested in wholesale access or carrying Funko products in Canada.
If you submit a Kroeger retailer inquiry through the Website, the information you provide is submitted through FNC Entertainment's website systems and forwarded to Kroeger Marketing for retailer follow-up.
Kroeger retailer inquiry submissions may include your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website or store URL, city or province, store type, current product categories, and additional notes.
FNC Entertainment uses this information only for the purpose of processing and forwarding the retailer inquiry. We do not use Kroeger retailer inquiry information for FNC marketing or unrelated promotional purposes.
Once your inquiry is provided to Kroeger Marketing, Kroeger Marketing may handle the information according to its own policies and business practices. Any follow-up, retailer qualification, wholesale account decisions, product availability, or onboarding steps are handled by Kroeger Marketing.
7. Affiliate Links and Outbound Links
The Website and App may contain affiliate links, referral links, retailer links, partner links, planner links, map links, and other outbound links to third-party websites or services.
If you click one of these links, you may leave our Website or App and visit a third-party website or service. Those third parties may collect information according to their own privacy practices.
Some links may generate a commission or referral benefit for FNC Entertainment if you complete a purchase or action after clicking the link. This does not change our goal of keeping FNC GO lightweight and privacy-conscious.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
8. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications in FNC GO, we may store or process a device notification token and related preference data in order to send app alerts, announcements, release-related notifications, promotional updates, event notices, or important app updates.
You can disable notifications at any time through:
- Your device settings
- App notification settings, if available
If notifications are disabled, you may stop receiving push messages, but some previously stored token data may remain temporarily in operational systems until refreshed or removed through normal system processes.
9. Analytics and Diagnostics
FNC Entertainment may use privacy-conscious analytics and diagnostic tools now or in future updates to help us understand how the Website and App perform.
This may include:
- App opens
- Page views or screen views
- Notification opens
- Basic feature interactions, such as tapping release cards, retailer buttons, form buttons, planner links, Support Local actions, event cards, promo cards, or outbound links
- Crash reports or diagnostic events
If analytics are enabled, we intend to use aggregated, privacy-conscious measurement tools in a limited way.
We do not use analytics for personal-profile style tracking, account-based profiling, or invasive advertising behavior.
10. Third-Party Services
FNC Entertainment may rely on or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Hosting and website infrastructure providers
- Website or backend content delivery systems
- Push notification delivery providers
- Analytics or crash reporting providers
- Email or contact form delivery systems
- External map or navigation providers
- Third-party retailer, partner, or referral websites
- Business partners or third-party recipients when a form is specifically intended to route an inquiry to that party
These services may process limited information as needed to operate their functions.
11. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Because FNC GO does not require user accounts and FNC Entertainment is designed to minimize data collection, we generally do not maintain extensive personal user records.
Information submitted through forms, operational data such as push tokens, diagnostics, limited location-related operational data, or aggregated analytics may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Responding to inquiries or submissions
- Routing or processing business or retailer inquiries
- Website or app functionality
- Service reliability
- Security
- Operational reporting
- Legal or compliance purposes
For third-party routed inquiries, such as Kroeger retailer inquiries, FNC Entertainment may process the submitted information for delivery purposes. The third-party recipient may separately retain and use the information according to its own policies and business practices.
If you have a privacy-related request, including a request regarding deletion of information you submitted to us, you may contact us using the contact information below and we will review the request in good faith.
12. Children's Privacy
The Website and FNC GO are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Website or App, please contact us and we will review and address the matter as appropriate.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or feature-related changes.
When we make updates, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website or App after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
